2004 Outdoor ECAC 10k Champion

About running (on this team, and in general):
I was lucky to have an amazing high school coach who showed me how to really enjoy running for leisure and competitively. I've been running for so long, it's hard to imagine what i would do without it. There is nothing like getting on that starting line with your adrenaline pumping. It's pure sport. As for the team, i couldn't imagine working with a better group of guys. The advantage of NYU is being able to run anywhere: streets, sidewalks, though people, around cars, over bridges, through brooklyn, the bronx or manhattan. You never know what to expect when you lace your shoes.

About being at NYU:
I wouldn't go anywhere else. A great education in the best city in the world.

Plans, dreams (running, life, etc.):
as far as running is concerned, i just want to work on dropping time. As a team, we need to go to nationals, and that's been our goal from day one, that's something we need to work for day in and day out, for all three seasons. and my future...well my major describes that pretty well. i'm not quite sure what i want to do yet, but i'm looking into graduating from nyu with an econ or poli sci degree. and from there? i tell you in four years.
